Everything we offer in Saranda — a place to eat, a place to stay, a bottle to take home — comes from the same family.
A home-cooked kitchen in a garden, in the centre of Saranda.
Central apartments, a minute from the promenade — part of the same family operation as Family Pot.
A farmhouse in Çukë, seven kilometres from town, surrounded by our olive trees.
Cold-pressed extra virgin oil from our own trees, bottled by hand.
We don't run a hotel chain or a restaurant group. We run the things our family can take care of personally — a kitchen, two places to stay, an olive grove.
Saranda has become a busy town in summer. Hotels go up, restaurants come and go, prices climb. What we offer is something quieter and older: home-cooked food prepared on demand, a clean studio in the centre of town, a farmhouse where you wake up under olive trees, and oil pressed from those same trees.
Everything you find on this site is run by us, directly. If you message us, you reach our family.
"We grow most of what we cook, host the people who come to eat it, and bottle the oil that goes on the table. It's a small operation — that's the point."
Many guests do the loop. They book a few nights at CityCenter Studios in the centre of town, eat at Family Pot — which is part of the same operation — and spend a slower day or two at the farmhouse in Çukë, where the olive grove is, and where the oil they noticed on the dinner table comes from.
It's not a package. We don't sell it as one. But people who do all three say it's the part of the trip they remember.
